New Townhomes Unveiled in Trinity Falls

Trinity Falls has increased its array of floor plan offerings with the addition of townhomes by Highland Homes.

With prices starting from the $360,000s, Highland Homes offers three floor plans, ranging from 1,792 to 1,830 square feet and offering three second-story bedrooms, including the primary suite. Other features include two-car garages, kitchen islands, open-concept common areas and outdoor space.

“These are the first townhomes we have offered in Trinity Falls and we wanted to do something to mark that milestone,” said Robert Ditthardt, General Manager of Trinity Falls. “These townhomes will display finishes that are currently exclusive to Trinity Falls and will complement our existing homebuilder line-up. The introduction of these townhomes makes Trinity Falls more accessible to home buyers who prefer the easy convenience of low yard maintenance with a lock-and-leave lifestyle.

“These homes are really beautiful,” Ditthardt said. “Plenty of windows allow for natural light to stream in and the two-story family rooms create a feeling of spaciousness. These homes were selling quickly even before the model home construction began.”

Highland has already sold 30 townhomes, exceeding developer projections for sales in the spring and summer, Ditthardt said.

Exterior maintenance — including landscaping, irrigation, painting, etc. — are included. Three model homes are now open, and tours are currently by appointment only.

Townhome buyers will be able to enjoy many amenities in the neighborhood, including The Club at Trinity Falls, Old Joe Dog Park, a spray park, playgrounds, disc golf and proximity to the lakes and nature trails found at the 350-acre B.B. Owen Park. Another amenity center with a second resort-style pool, fitness center, event space and more is under construction now.

Highland currently builds single-family homes in Trinity Falls with pricing from the upper $300,000s to the $600,000s. Other community builders include Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, Drees Custom Homes and Perry Homes. Del Webb also builds in Trinity Falls, offering homes priced from the mid $200,000s designed for those age 55 and older.
