Meet Del Webb Community Manager Stephanie Gantt

Stephanie Gantt spends most weekends at the baseball or softball fields with her son and daughter. Her favorite treat is gummy bears. She’s also the new Community Manager for Dell Webb at Trinity Falls.

You may have already met her. Gantt joined the 55+ active adult community in September 2022 as the interim manager. She became the permanent manager in January.

As the Community Manager, she oversees all daily operations for the HOA. Her well of experience is 19 years deep. She has managed new developments, high-rise condominiums and townhomes, large-scale master planned communities and now active adult communities. She holds CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Association) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) certifications.

Her primary goal is the creation of a wonderful experience for the residents of Del Webb Trinity Falls.

“I feel Del Webb at Trinity Falls is a hidden gem within the amazing community of Trinity Falls,” she said. “Our owners feel safe, everyone is so neighborly and it’s just a wonderful place to live.”

She said that residents appreciate the Del Webb brand and the offerings found in an active adult community.

“They have great ownership with maintaining their homes and keeping our community looking beautiful,” she said.

Her favorite part of the job is working with Del Webb residents.

“We have such a diverse group of owners that bring so much enjoyment to my job,” she said. “It’s truly an honor to be able to manage their community and build relationships.”

We are happy to have such an amazing person taking care of our active adults. If you see her, give her a Trinity Falls welcome — maybe even pass her a bag of gummy bears.
