Giving Back Through Project Community

Written by Trinity Falls Content Team | Jan 28, 2021 10:36:33 PM

It may never be more important than right now to support our local communities, which is why we are launching “Project Community,” an initiative where we will donate $250 for each new home sold in Trinity Falls from Feb. 1 through June 30 to one of four local charities.

When you purchase your new home, you’ll get the chance to designate which charity receives the donation: The Boys & Girls Club of Collin County, Children’s Health Medical Center Foundation, Operation Kindness or The Samaritan Inn.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County (BGCCC) offers programs and services to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The organization’s clubs serve youth in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Princeton and outlying areas.

Children’s Health is the only non-profit health system for kids in North Texas that provides top-ranked care for more than 300,000 patients each year, discovers cures for pediatric diseases and works to build a healthier community for families.

Operation Kindness is the leading no-kill animal shelter in North Texas, providing assistance to animals in need and distributing more than 110,000 pounds of pet food to families in need in 2020, an organization record.

The Samaritan Inn is a comprehensive homeless program that helps willing people gain dignity and independence. Services provided include counseling, case management, career development skills and financial literacy classes. Most nights, about 160 people sleep at the inn, a third of which are children.

Six builders offer new homes here, with prices from the mid $200,000s to the $700,000s — Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, Del Webb for buyers age 55 and up, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes and Perry Homes.

Residents are able to get outside at numerous on-site parks and playgrounds, including Old Joe Dog Park, and can easily walk or bike to B.B. Owen Park, offering 350 acres of wooded terrain, lakes for catch-and-release fishing, authentic nature trails, disc golf and more.

After experiencing a 41 percent increase in new-home sales in 2020, we are now ranked among the nation’s 50 top-selling master-planned communities. Explore our website or talk with a builder sales representative to see why so many people are making the move to Trinity Falls — purchase soon and you’ll be doing something nice for yourself and for those in need.
