Tim and Alyssa Cook wanted something special for their first home — a place where they could be out of the city, but still close. Trinity Falls was the perfect answer. The trees, the trails, the ponds — all of the community’s natural amenities resonated with the couple. When not walking or jogging the trails, the Cooks often can be found at the dog park where their two dogs love running leash-free. Tim and Alyssa also enjoy community events, particularly all the festivities around the Fourth of July. Another important factor to the couple as they look to start a family are the planned on-site elementary and McKinney ISD schools. For the Cooks, Trinity Falls delivers the total package.
