Drees Custom Homes earned its fifth Best Homebuilder in McKinney award Oct. 10 during a ceremony held at the Sheraton McKinney Hotel. This year, nearly 8,500 votes were cast across 57 categories to create a list of outstanding businesses and service providers. Drees began offering homes in Trinity Falls earlier this year. Nine gorgeous floor plans are available for homes situated on 60-foot homesites. Priced from the low $400,000s, homes range from 2,800 to 4,000 square feet and include deluxe gourmet kitchens, luxurious primary suites and expansive outdoor living areas. Homes on larger 70-foot properties are priced from the $480,000s. The 13 designs feature game and media rooms, studies and optional tandem garages. We congratulate Drees Custom Homes on this well-deserved award and invite you to learn more about the builder by visiting the newly opened [Parkhill](https://www.dreeshomes.com/custom-homes/dallas-ft-worth/community/trinity_falls/trinity_falls_60/model/trf6-018r-a) model home at 909 Lost Woods Way McKinney, TX 75071.       Topics: [Builders](https://hs.trinityfalls.com/blog/tag/builders) [McKinney Life](https://hs.trinityfalls.com/blog/tag/mckinney-life) ### SUBSCRIBE TO THE BLOG ### Most popular posts ![](https://hs.trinityfalls.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2025.06.07%20Trinity%20Falls%205k%20-%20321-1.jpg?width=400&name=2025.06.07%20Trinity%20Falls%205k%20-%20321-1.jpg) [Experience the 2026 Trinity Falls Trail Day 5K](https://hs.trinityfalls.com/blog/experience-the-2026-trinity-falls-trail-day-5k) 14 May, 2026 ![](https://hs.trinityfalls.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TrinityFalls7-10-22-9.jpg?width=400&name=TrinityFalls7-10-22-9.jpg) [2026 Top Realtor Offices at Trinity Falls](https://hs.trinityfalls.com/blog/2026-top-realtor-offices-at-trinity-falls) 24 Mar, 2026 ![](https://hs.trinityfalls.com/hs-fs/hubfs/57_54743638001_o-1.jpg?width=400&name=57_54743638001_o-1.jpg) [New Model Home Park Grand Opening](https://hs.trinityfalls.com/blog/new-model-home-park-grand-opening-2) 1 Oct, 2025 ## More Posts ### [Families Love McKinney in the Spring](https://hs.trinityfalls.com/blog/families-love-mckinney-in-the-spring) - - - - [mailto:?subject=Check%20out%20https://hs.trinityfalls.com/blog/families-love-mckinney-in-the-spring%20&body=Check%20out%20https://hs.trinityfalls.com/blog/families-love-mckinney-in-the-spring&media=https://cdn2.hubspot.net/hubfs/4843082/img/blog/042-Families%20Love%20McKinney%20in%20the%20Spring.jpg](mailto:?subject=Check%20out%20https://hs.trinityfalls.com/blog/families-love-mckinney-in-the-spring%20&body=Check%20out%20https://hs.trinityfalls.com/blog/families-love-mckinney-in-the-spring&media=https://cdn2.hubspot.net/hubfs/4843082/img/blog/042-Families%20Love%20McKinney%20in%20the%20Spring.jpg) - 6 Mar, 2019 [![042-Families Love McKinney in the Spring](https://hs.trinityfalls.com/hs-fs/hubfs/img/blog/042-Families%20Love%20McKinney%20in%20the%20Spring.jpg?width=500&name=042-Families%20Love%20McKinney%20in%20the%20Spring.jpg)](https://hs.trinityfalls.com/blog/families-love-mckinney-in-the-spring) From outdoor activities to impossible adventures, McKinney has it all and some of the fun even takes place at Trinity Falls — all good news ...
