Trinity Falls Announces Addition of Drees Custom Homes

McKinney-area Trinity Falls continues to expand the array of homes offered in the Johnson Development community with the introduction of a new builder, Drees Custom Homes.

The builder will have nearly 100 homes in Trinity Falls, including 62 on 60-foot homesites that will range from 2,800 to 4,000 square feet. Pricing on those homes will start from the low $400,000s to the low $500,000s.

Drees also will offer homes base-priced from the upper $400,000s to $600,000 on 70-foot homesites. The expansive floor plans for the 36 homes will measure more than 3,200 square feet.

Family owned and operated for 90 years, Drees Custom Homes is known for flexible, livable floor plans with open-concept living areas and smart home technology. Model home construction is slated to begin soon with presales starting this summer.

“The introduction of Drees Custom Homes into Trinity Falls expands the options for homebuyers looking for luxury homes without going fully custom,” said Robert Ditthardt, General Manager of Trinity Falls. “With the various builders and home designs we’ve brought to Trinity Falls over the past several months, people can find a solution for every stage of life.”

Recently, the community opened an information center for a Del Webb active adult neighborhood in Trinity Falls. Del Webb is offering 10 floor plans in Trinity Falls, ranging from 1,300 to 2,600 square feet, with 2 to 3 bedrooms and an array of customizable options to complement active adult lifestyles. Upon completion, the age-restricted community in Trinity Falls will contain 537 single-story homes.

Drees joins eight other builders in Trinity Falls: Ashton Woods Homes, Chesmar Homes, Del Webb, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, Meritage Homes, Perry Homes and Plantation Homes. Pricing in the community starts in the $230,000s.
