February is a great month. Not only will Trinity Falls pay your first year of homeowners dues, but our generous [builders](https://www.trinityfalls.com/builders) are also lowering your monthly mortgage payments and saving you thousands on upgrades.

**Ashton Woods**

Ashton Woods wants you to be inspired by the Ashton Woods Studio, so the builder is offering up to $50,000 toward upgrades or structural options on to-be-built homes. Did you fall in love with an inventory home? Move in right away because this month the builder has reduced prices on select homes.

**Meritage Homes**

Is there any way to lower rising interest rates and save on your mortgage payments? Yes, there is! Purchase a Meritage home by Feb. 28 to receive a low 2.875 percent interest rate for the first two years you own your new home.

**Perry Homes**

Has Perry Homes got a package for you — well, three really, but you can only choose one. Package one offers up to $10,000 toward closing costs if you use the builder’s preferred lender. Package two is a move-in ready package with new GE appliances and faux wood blinds for the entire home. Package three offers your choice of $10,000 in design center upgrades. The offer ends Feb. 28.

**Plantation Homes**

Plantation Homes is offering an incentive so big, they are calling it “Xtreme.” During the Xtreme Sales Event, home buyers can receive up to $105,920 off of the price of move-in ready homes. The offer is good through March 3.
