Experience the 2026 Trinity Falls Trail Day 5K

Looking for a fun way to stay active while giving back to the community? Celebrate National Trails Day with fresh air, scenic views, and family-friendly fun at the 4th Annual Trinity Falls Trail Day 5K on Saturday, June 6!

Whether you’re ready to run, walk, or simply enjoy the outdoors, this exciting community event invites participants to experience the beautiful, paved trail system throughout Trinity Falls while exploring the natural beauty that makes the community so special.

The chip-timed 5K course winds through the stunning 350-acre B.B. Owen Park along the East Fork of the Trinity River, offering scenic wooded trails, peaceful river frontage, and a memorable race-day experience for participants of all ages.

 

After the race, guests are invited to stay and enjoy a lively post-race celebration featuring local outdoor, recreation, and fitness vendors, music, photo opportunities, a disc golf demonstration, and a special ladybug release with Ms. Bug for the kids. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase from local food trucks, and a post-race cool-down led by Camp Gladiator will take place starting at 9:30 a.m. After the race, attendees can continue the adventure by touring Trinity Falls’ newest model home park, with model homes opening at 10 a.m.

Registration is $30 and includes: Entry into the chip-timed 5K, official event t-shirt, Trinity Falls Trail Day 5K race bid, a refreshing Frios Popsicle, and a custom finisher's medal. 

Cash prizes will be awarded to the Top Overall Male and Female finishers, including a special award for the top stroller strider, along with top male and female finishers in each age division: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and over! The awards ceremony begins at 9:45 a.m.
