Del Webb at Trinity Falls, our new active 55+ community, is generating a lot of excitement. The response has been so overwhelming that Del Webb is speeding things up and expects to start sales this month.

Homes will be priced from the low $200,000s to the high $300,000s. Ranging from 1,300 to 3,000 square feet, the 10 single-story designs will feature luxurious primary suites with no-step showers and beautiful finishes. Multi-level curved countertops in the island kitchens, under-cabinet lighting and lowered dishwashers make kitchen duty a breeze. Even the laundry room is a convenience as it’s just off of the primary suite.

There will also be an exclusive community center and swimming pool for Del Webb's residents.
